Cancellation policy

Please read this policy carefully before registering for a course or workshop. At Hanato Atelier, all activities take place in small groups to ensure a focused and personal learning environment. Because preparation and planning begin in advance and places are limited, the following terms apply to all bookings.

1. Courses

Course registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after registering, your payment can always be used as credit toward a future course or workshop at Hanato Atelier.

If you need to miss a class due to an unavoidable reason, you are welcome to join a make-up lesson (inhaalles) either:

  • with another group during the same course period, or

  • within your own group, where additional attention will be offered to help you complete the missed lesson content.

Courses take place only when a minimum of 3 participants is reached. The maximum group size is 5 participants.

By registering, participants agree to these course terms and conditions.

2. Workshops

Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your payment can always be used as credit toward a future course or workshop at Hanato Atelier.

Workshops take place only when a minimum of 4 participants is reached. The maximum group size is 6 participants.

3. General Notes

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Hanato Atelier reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity. In this case, participants may choose a full refund or transfer their payment to another course or workshop.

1. Cursussen

Inschrijving voor cursussen is niet restitueerbaar. Als je na inschrijving niet kunt deelnemen, kan het betaalde bedrag altijd als tegoed worden gebruikt voor een toekomstige cursus of workshop bij Hanato Atelier.

Als je door een onvermijdelijke reden een les moet missen, ben je welkom om een inhaalles te volgen:

  • bij een andere groep binnen dezelfde cursusperiode, of

  • binnen je eigen groep, waarbij tijdens de les extra aandacht wordt gegeven om de gemiste lesstof in te halen.

Cursussen gaan alleen door bij een minimum van 3 deelnemers. Het maximum aantal deelnemers per cursus is 5 personen.

Door je in te schrijven voor een cursus ga je akkoord met deze cursusvoorwaarden.

2. Workshops

Inschrijving voor workshops is niet restitueerbaar. Als je niet kunt deelnemen, kan het betaalde bedrag altijd als tegoed worden gebruikt voor een toekomstige cursus of workshop bij Hanato Atelier.

Workshops gaan alleen door bij een minimum van 4 deelnemers. Het maximum aantal deelnemers per workshop is 6 personen.

3. Algemene opmerkingen

Als het minimum aantal deelnemers niet wordt bereikt, behoudt Hanato Atelier zich het recht voor om de activiteit te verplaatsen of te annuleren. In dat geval kunnen deelnemers kiezen voor een volledige terugbetaling of het overzetten van het betaalde bedrag naar een andere cursus of workshop.
